Honor Tjornhom is a Licensed Massage Therapist (2018) and Certified Reiki Practitioner (2022) rooted in Nashville, TN. With a foundation in kinesiology and a thorough understanding of the body’s mechanics, Honor blends technical expertise with an intuitive approach to create space for true healing. Her work focuses on deep tissue, myofascial release, Swedish, Prenatal, Hot Stone and Sports massage, with a special emphasis on nervous system resetting—guiding clients out of performance mode and into deep restoration.

Honor has remained fully committed to helping people feel at home in their bodies. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic tension, or simply needing space to reconnect with yourself, Honor provides a grounded, supportive environment to meet you where you are.

When she isn’t in the Massage Room, Honor loves to ride horses as a lifelong equestrian, traveling and seeing live music. Plus, she loves seeing your photos of your two and four legged kiddos, hearing about your travels and would love a good book recommendation!
